Kundalini Yoga

This powerful practice aims to increase vitality and your ability to heal, energise and balance the glandular and nervous systems. It strengthens the whole body and uplifts the mind. Each class includes asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), mantra and meditation, which teach the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation.

Yin Yoga

The ultimate in deep relaxation, take time out to de-stress and dive deep into this moving meditation. Hold poses for several minutes in order to access deeply embedded tension throughout the body. A perfect accompaniment for those who practise dynamic yoga or other high intensity spots.

Pregnancy Yoga

A beautiful and powerful practise designed to support and empower women both during their pregnancy and labour. Through movement, breath, sound, relaxation and communion with other woman, pregnancy yoga invites women to take time to connect to their baby, their intuition and the intelligence of their body.

This is an ongoing 6 week course. Reservation is necessary. See schedule for the next 6 week course.

Studio Etiquette

  • Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Due to the nature of the space, the door will be locked once class has begun.

  • Either leave your mobile phone in your car or turn it on to a completely silent setting.

  • Avoid eating heavy meals less than three hours before class and light meals 1-2 hours before class. You will always find mineral water and herbal tea at the studio.

  • Wear comfortable clothes to practise in. No socks is preferable to avoid slipping on mat.

  • Please practise with care and respect towards yourself and others.

  • If you have a health issue, please let the teacher know before the start of class.
