Mindful Flow

A moderately paced version of vinyasa flow. As we flow through creative and mindful sequencing, we will take time in each pose to heighten our awareness and truly embody our practise.

Restorative Yin Yoga

The ultimate in deep relaxation, take time out to de-stress from the frenetic activity of everyday life. Hold poses for several minutes in order to access deeply embedded tension throughout the body. A perfect accompaniment for those who practise dynamic yoga or other high intensity sports.

Yoga Conditioning

This class is designed to develop your strength, stability and balance. Traditional yoga postures and breathing are blended with strength building exercise to leave you feeling strong, calm and more capable in your regular yoga class.

Studio Etiquette

  • Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Due to the nature of the space, the door will be locked once class has begun.

  • Either leave your mobile phone in your car or turn it on to a completely silent setting.

  • Avoid eating heavy meals less than three hours before class and light meals 1-2 hours before class. You will always find mineral water and herbal tea at the studio.

  • Wear comfortable clothes to practise in. No socks is preferable to avoid slipping on mat.

  • Please practise with care and respect towards yourself and others.

  • If you have a health issue, please let the teacher know before the start of class.
